How do I return an item?

Before returning your product please call us for customer support so we can try resove the issue you are having. If we are unable to resolve the issue we will authorize your return and see to it that we are best able to help you with any further needs.
-No returns on tobacco.

-Customer assumes all return shipping costs associated.

-All returns must be with-in 2 weeks of purchase.

-All items must be returned in re-sellable condition.

-A 25% restocking fee will be charged to the credit card that used for the original purchase.
